Edwardian Loggia in Winslow
Mr & Mrs Mellick came to Crendon Conservatories in late 2014 looking for a spacious living space to the rear of the house in order to make the most of their garden area.
Following a consultation with our team, the Mellicks decided to opt for a large Loggia style conservatory with four-part aluminium bi-folding doors.
The Loggia style gives the finished product a real orangery-esque feel. Its large corner columns and cornicing along the roof give a perfect balance between traditional and modern styling, whilst also giving it a solid feel, especially when paired with a brickwork base.
The conservatory also contains elements of a Livin Room, This consists of a regular Ultraframe roof but also uses internal plastered framework, giving the conservatory a perimeter ceiling all the way around the roof. Again, this maintains the structurally solid feel of the build whilst also allowing for maximum light to enter the property.
