Loggia/Livin Room style extension in Gerrards Cross
Mr & Mrs Lynch contacted us in the Autumn 2013 with a requirement to extend their beautiful home in Gerrards Cross by adding on one of our Loggia/Livin Room style extensions.
The new living space would be as much an improvement of their outdoor living space, as it would be an extension of their indoor living space, with aluminium sliding doors opening almost the full width of the rear of their house.
The modern, striking structure incorporated a heat reflecting tinted glass room which would help to maintain a comfortable temperature all year round. We also fitted cornice guttering and installed electronic roller blinds - new from Crendon Conservatories and available on all builds we undertake.
On completion, Mr & Mrs Lynch expressed their pleasure with the new space and with the Crendon Conservatories team.
