Livin Room style extension with Edwardian Roof in Stone, Aylesbury
Mr & Mrs Cummings contacted us in Autumn 2013 with a requirement to replace an existing structure on the rear of their home in Stone (Aylesbury).
After consultation with our design and planning team, they decided to go with one of our ‘Livin Room’ style extensions with an Edwardian style roof.
The new structure would provide a sizeable extension to their home, with the ‘Livin Room’ feel making it seem more a part of the home that just an ordinary conservatory.
The striking Edwardian roof incorporated heat reflecting tinted glass, which will help to maintain a comfortable temperature all year round. With the main structure being formed of brickwork, the frames where white UPVC, making the whole room both solid and efficient.
We also fitted a fully tiled floor for a smart finish underfoot, and electrics for spot lighting around the roof area for a smart finish 'up top'. All in all, Mr and Mrs Cummings have got a great new living space with the minimum of fuss, and they were extremely happy with the whole process.
