Their original view was that a conservatory would be nothing more than a white UPVC glass box, but after spending some time talking over their options with us, their views changed and they decided upon a cross over extension with powder coated aluminium, which would give them that originality they desired, and also a place where they could really spend time at all times of the year.
The project began with our team digging the foundations concreting using our own machines. Brickwork was then built to form walls, and brick piers and a high wall were created to give the interior the feeling of a solid room. Aluminium bi-folding doors were then installed, the roof was erected with the living room section included - again giving more solidity to the structure and making it feel less like a traditional conservatory and more like an extension. Floor levels were bought up and underfloor heating was installed, down lighters and dimmer switch were also installed. All walls were plastered by our in-house plasterer.
On completion Mr & Mrs Goodliff are very happy, as what we spoke about on the initial consultation was achieved punctually and with our trademark friendliness and professionalism. They are now enjoying their 'room with a difference' which can be used all year round.
